Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your MintGarden purchase.

Change of mind

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your furniture.

To cancel, contact us at info@mintgarden.ie or 086 150 2681 within the 14-day period.

The furniture must then be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Because our furniture is large and bulky, it cannot normally be returned by standard post. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items.

MintGarden can help arrange collection where possible. The collection or return cost will depend on the delivery location and will be confirmed with you before collection is arranged.

Furniture should be kept in good condition while in your care. You may inspect the furniture as you reasonably would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your furniture arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mintgarden.ie or 086 150 2681.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Where goods are faulty or not as described, MintGarden will arrange the appropriate remedy and will cover reasonable return or collection costs where required.

Refunds

Where a cancellation is valid, refunds will be made using the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you provide evidence that they have been returned, where permitted by law.
